Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailboxes against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email box you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
